JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Sales Manager you will play a key role in
driving our company's sales growth and success. This position requires a dedicated and seasoned
professional with a proven track record of at least 10 years in sales and management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and
motivation to ensure the team's success.
On-board new Dealers and Distributors from the same segment.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client
relationships to expand the company's customer base.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management
team.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings
and marketing strategies.
Ensure that the team meets and exceeds sales targets while maintaining high levels of
customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to keep the company at the
forefront of the market.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a track record of progressively increasing
responsibilities and sales achievements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Results-oriented mind set and a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
