Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Familiarity with promotion and selling of FCP Products
€¢ Preferably the work experience with Defence & Aerospace customers(HAL,BEL,PSU, DRDO etc)
€¢ Responsible for building strategy to develop business for MICROCHIP/VI in INDIA
€¢ To Support Team on Pricing/Deliveries/Products
€¢ Training Sales team
€¢ Supplier relationship: Timely submission of required Reports/ Present QBR/Attend review meetings etc.,
€¢ Ability to keep Customers up-to-date and informed on legacy products and new product roadmaps & Track new business opportunities and samples.
€¢ Willingness to conduct market research intelligence exercise to ascertain competitor s information.
€¢ Ability to communicate and document well any and all contacts and issues with Engineers/ Customers.
€¢ Willingness to travel to Customer locations to promote demand creation essential.
€¢ Should be able to search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential.
€¢ Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
€¢ Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
€¢ Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
€¢ Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
