Urgent Hiring Nurse Manager For Bangalore

• Be the primary nursing lead to the Medical Services onsite nurses
• Lead, Mentor and develop the India Nurse Team to the highest standards of medical care and facilitate
professional progression.
• Ensure that new and existing medical staff members have the technical, functional, and behavioural skills
required for their roles.
• Drive high quality service from the Medical Team, through the design and delivery of Medical Training and
demonstration of best practice in operational delivery.
• Be part of the primary training resource to the Medical Services Nurses
• Ensure Continuous Professional Nurse Development through processes of induction, training, appraisal,
and Sentinel Event Management
