Job Description :
- Deliver and maintain reports and dashboards for Marketing & Sales function based on consolidated
and prioritized demand and the respective delivery roadmap
- Work with PAMA tools team and PA Data Analytics organization to get required data basis set up
- Perform data analysis, understand trends and provide insights to business performance to the
senior team
- Delivers consolidation of reports and dashboards across the Division supporting the approach to
standardization
- Develop statistical models, performance scores, business rules and help improve business numbers
- Supports the business by discovering new opportunities to optimize the business through analytics
and statistical modeling
- Actively identifies and communicates data quality improvement potentials
- Support business with on-demand data extracts, validations and consistency checks
- Documents process, models, designs, solutions and explains, represents and discusses these with
stakeholders
Required Skill Set :
- Strong Analytics Background with good exposure to model development, Machine learning
techniques and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to consolidate and analyze complex information in order to identify creative new ways of
working and innovative solutions to problems.
- Familiar with developing custom business intelligence products using scripting/programming
languages such as R, Python
- Experience in at least two of the areas- Statistical modeling (Regression, Classification, Time-series
forecasting) /Machine Learning /Optimization /Visualization
- Knowledge of statistical tools and techniques, especially those relating to data mining
- Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets
- Strong communication skills: articulate with the ability to operate and present to Senior
Management and key stakeholders, as well as colleagues and support functions
