Job Responsibilities –
1. Code, design and test PLC and HMI programs
2. Program material handling systems consisting of gear motors, servo motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, PID, LVDT sensor, Proxy sensor, encoders etc
3. Travel to customer site in India and abroad to troubleshoot existing software bugs
Qualifications –
1. 2+ years experience with PLC programming, preferably in a machine manufacturing environment
2. Knowledge of the Rockwell, Schnieder Software suite of products will be an asset
3. Knowledge of programming SCADA will be an asset
Mandatory Soft-skills –
1. Strong attention to detail is required.
2. Must possess good communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
